Hi Everyone - hope all is well...great to see everyone back in the pool. The practice schedule for the next two week's is a bit choppy due to college meets. The good news is that after these two weeks the schedule should be smooth until the end of the year
In terms of this week:
Thurs - no practice for Future Stars or Gold. Future Stars can swim Wed 4-5 as a make up day. Gold can swim Wed 4-5:30 as a make up day. Seniors will have practice from 5:30-7 PM.
Friday - no practice for Swim School. They can join the Wed 5:20-6 PM session if they like. Any Gold swimmer that is swimming the meet this weekend can swim 3:30-5 PM along with Senior and Senior Elite. Otherwise no practice for Blue or Gold.
Sat - no 4-5:30 clinic for Future Stars or Blue as the coaches will be at the meet.
Next week's schedule will be emailed Thursday.

The entries for next weekend's meet at Asphalt Green have been posted.
Sign-ups were pretty light and I entered a few people on my own.
Please look them over. If you cannot make it simply email me back.
Please note - warm up times have been changed. Check info on the calendar. If you have any questions please let me know.
Finally, the next meet sign up if for the NY Sharks meet. We are only attending the Saturday Session - February 4th.
Warm ups for 13-14 and 10 and unders is at 7:30 AM.
Warm ups for 11-12s and 15 and overs is at 1 PM.
If you would like to attend please email me by Tuesday, January 10th.
