Note:  All swimmers should arrive at the pool at least 15 minutes prior to the start of warm-up to claim seating and stretch.
Team suit/cap is required.
An email will be sent out prior to the meet asking those swimmers who are interested in swimming to sign up.
All swimmers will be required to sign up by the signup date
by email to Kevin at KJCNYCC@hotmail.com, to participate in any particular meet.
As representatives of the New York City Aquatic Club, proper behavior is expected at all times.
Schedules are subject to last minute changes due to the nature of meets.
